This Privacy Policy applies to all watch face applications ("Watch Faces") developed and published by JacoNaudeDesign on the Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery, and Facer platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains clearly what data our Watch Faces do and do not access, and how your information is handled.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
Our Watch Faces do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. We do not:
• Collect any personal information (name, email, location, etc.)
• Transmit any data to external servers or third parties
• Use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
• Store any data on servers
• Share any information with third parties
3. Health and Fitness Data
3.1 What Health Data Is Accessed
Certain Watch Face designs display real-time health and fitness metrics directly on your watch screen. These metrics may include:
• Step count
• Heart rate
• Calories burned
• Other fitness metrics provided by your wearable device's sensors
3.2 How Health Data Is Used
Health and fitness data is used solely for the purpose of displaying it on your watch face in real time. This data is:
• Accessed only on your device, by your device's operating system
• Displayed on-screen as a real-time readout
• Never collected, recorded, or stored by our app
• Never transmitted off your device to us or any third party
3.3 Data Processing Location
All health data processing occurs entirely on your wearable device. The Watch Face application reads sensor data provided by the device operating system (e.g., Wear OS, HarmonyOS) and renders it visually. No data leaves your device as a result of using our Watch Faces.
4. Data Retention
Because our Watch Faces do not collect or store any user data, there is no data retention to speak of on our end. Specifically:
• We retain zero user data on any server or database, because we collect none.
• Health and fitness metrics displayed on your watch face are not saved or logged by our application at any point.
• Any data stored on your device (such as step count history) is managed entirely by your device's operating system and health platform (e.g., Google Fit, Huawei Health), not by our Watch Faces. Please refer to those platforms' own privacy policies for their retention practices.
5. Data Deletion
Since we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no data held by us that requires deletion. However, if you wish to remove any app-related data from your device:
• Uninstall the Watch Face application from your device. This removes all locally stored app data, including any display preferences or settings saved by the app.
• For health data displayed on the watch face (steps, heart rate, etc.), this data is stored and managed by your device's health platform. To delete it, please follow the data deletion instructions provided by Google Fit, Huawei Health, or the relevant platform on your device.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our Watch Faces are distributed through third-party platforms including Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery, and Facer. These platforms may collect data about your device, downloads, and usage independently, in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review:
